PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is a binding agreement between you (referred to herein as “User”, “You” or “Your”) and Getverify LDA, a company incorporated under the laws of Portugal, located at Avenida do Infante, no. 50, 9004-521 Funchal, Madeira, Portugal and where applicable its subsidiaries, affiliates and related corporations (referred to herein as “Telicall”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of Telicall’s Services (as defined in the Terms of Service) via Telicall website (https://www.telicall.com), related features and services, and other linked channels, mobile websites or applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, USING THE SERVICES OR CLICKING “AGREE” OR “CONTINUE”, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY AND TELICALL’S TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USING THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES.

This Policy applies to all purchases made through (i) the Telicall web Platform, (ii) Apple App Store, or (iii) Google Play Store (collectively, the “Sales Channels”). Certain provisions apply only to the channel through which You made Your purchase. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the terms of this Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service, as amended and in force from time to time.

Telicall Balance, Subscriptions, usage charges and use of the Services by the Users is delivered electronically and credited instantly to your account upon payment. Once credited, Telicall Balance is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by Applicable Law. It cannot be returned after delivery. Due to the features of the product explained and expressed in this Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy, the payment is made instantly via credit card, mobile payment or in-app purchase, to be determined at our discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, You may choose to use our Services by authorizing us to charge fees, pre-authorisation and payment purposes to Your selected payment method including credit card, mobile payment, in-app or similar as selected by You at the payment screen that We permit from time to time.

In case of return of goods and services purchased via the Internet, the App Store cannot pay back with cash in accordance with the App Store Terms and Conditions.

The Application will be deemed to have fulfilled its performance and its responsibility will end when it is delivered electronically in terms of the product features offered. In disputes that may arise regarding this contract, the courts of England and Wales are exclusively authorized and the applicable law is the laws of England and Wales

Where applicable, payments for purchases made via the Telicall web Platform may be processed and billed by Z3P LLP (“Zotlo”) acting as our Merchant of Record or by any other duly appointed reseller or intermediary.

Your payment confirmation or invoice will identify Zotlo or another duly appointed intermediary as Merchant of Record where applicable.

1. Purchase

1.1. General Purchase Terms

All purchases are subject to applicable taxes, payment processor terms, and any supplemental conditions of the respective Sales Channel or Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, You authorize Telicall and its payment processors to deduct the applicable prepaid amount from your selected payment method and credit it to your Telicall Balance. Telicall accepts multiple forms of payment, including major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and Platform-specific billing methods. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party payment provider and for all charges incurred.Telicall does not store payment credentials. All financial data is processed and stored exclusively by licensed third-party payment service providers.

1.2. Web Platform and In-app Purchases

Payments may be processed and invoiced by Zotlo as the authorized Merchant of Record and reseller, or by another duly appointed intermediary. Your order confirmation or invoice will identify the relevant Merchant of Record.Telicall Balance is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any approved refund will be processed by the relevant Merchant of Record via the original payment method and may take up to thirty (30) business days. Deposits to Your Telicall Balance constitute prepayment for future Services or usage. Deposited Telicall Balance is non-redeemable for cash and may be refunded only if the relevant payment was made in error and before any portion of the balance has been used. If You have sufficient Telicall Balance at the time of usage, Telicall may automatically deduct the usage fee from Your Telicall Balance; otherwise, the stored payment method will be charged.

1.3. Purchases via third party app stores

You can make a Purchase by following the instruction in a third‑party app store on which the App is made available, such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store (an "App Store") and via web. Please refer to the App Store T&Cs governing billing, refunds, and dispute resolution and for more information on how to do this.

1.3.1. Apple App Store Purchases

If You purchased through the App Store, refunds or billing disputes are governed solely by the App Store’s terms. Telicall cannot cancel or refund such purchases.

1.3.2. Google Play Purchases

If You purchased through the Google Play Store, refunds or billing disputes are governed solely by the Google Play Store’s terms. Telicall cannot cancel or refund such purchases.

2. Purchase Structure

2.1. Telicall may make available different commercial models for different components of the Services. Depending on the relevant offer, purchase flow, paywall, country, Provider, platform, or sales channel, the Services may be purchased or charged through one or more of the following mechanisms:

2.1.1. Telicall Balance, being prepaid stored value that may be used only for those usage-based Services for which Telicall expressly permits such use;

2.1.2. Calling/messaging plans, bundles, packages, or promotional entitlements, which apply only to the specific inbound/outbound calling/messaging allowance, territory, destination scope, and Telicallvalidity period expressly described at the time of purchase;

2.1.3. Second Number subscriptions, being recurring or non-recurring entitlements relating to the reservation, retention, assignment, activation, or continued use of a specific Second Number; and/or

2.1.4. separate usage-based charges, including without limitation per-minute charges, per-message charges, overage charges, route-based charges, Provider-based charges, destination-based charges, and other metered charges for outbound/inbound calling, outbound/inbound SMS, or other paid functionality where enabled.

2.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable paywall or checkout flow, each Second Number may be subject to a separate subscription. A subscription relating to one Second Number does not entitle the User to any other number, country, Provider, route, destination, platform entitlement, or feature set.

2.3. Unless expressly included in the relevant offer, a Second Number subscription covers only the holding, reservation, assignment, retention, or continued availability of the relevant number, together with the inbound functionality, if any, expressly identified by Telicall for that number. It does not include outbound calling, outbound SMS, premium routes, special destinations, verification traffic, high-risk traffic, or any other separately chargeable usage.

3. Supply, Provisioning and Start of Performance

3.1. A Product shall be deemed supplied, provisioned, activated, or made available when Telicall, its relevant Provider, the applicable app store, the Merchant of Record, or an authorized payment or billing partner completes the technical or commercial step necessary to make that Product available to the User.

3.2. Without limitation; a.Telicall Balance is deemed supplied once credited to the User’s account; b. A calling/messaging plan, bundle, or package is deemed supplied once activated or attached to the User’s account; and c. A Second Number is deemed supplied once assigned, reserved, provisioned, activated, or otherwise made available in the User’s account or for the User’s use, whether or not the User thereafter places, receives, sends, or views any call or message through that number. Telicall’s, the relevant Provider’s, the applicable sales channel’s, and/or the Merchant of Record’s system records, including transaction records, activation logs, provisioning records, transmission records, access timestamps, usage logs, and similar technical records, shall constitute prima facie evidence of supply, activation, and commencement of performance, save in the case of manifest error.

4. Pricing and Price Changes

4.1. Telicall Balance is a prepaid, consumption-based model. All usage is deducted from your Telicall Balance at the time of placing calls. No purchases renew automatically and no recurring subscription is created. Additional usage requires an additional purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing terms for calls or services at any time. Changes to pricing do not apply retroactively and apply only to usage after the price change takes effect.

4.2. Telicall may determine and change, at any time and in its sole discretion, the pricing, fees, subscription charges, renewal charges, destination rates, Provider surcharges, taxes treatment, feature scope, number availability, usage allowances, and other commercial terms applicable to the Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rules of the relevant sales channel.

4.3. Such changes may apply differently as between Telicall Balance, calling plans, usage-based Services, and Second Number subscriptions, and may also vary by country, number type, Provider, platform, billing channel, destination, or commercial offering. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the relevant sales channel, any such change shall apply prospectively only.

5. Suspension for Non payment

5.1. We and/or the relevant App Store may immediately suspend Your access to the App if your Purchase is not paid, until such time as the full amount has been paid. If any amount remains unpaid following Our notice to You, We may end Your rights under this Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Consumer Withdrawal and Immediate Supply

6.1. All purchases are final, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-cancellable, and no cooling-off, withdrawal, reversal, or refund right shall apply, except to the extent such right cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Where the Product constitutes digital content and/or digital services supplied electronically and made available immediately after payment, by completing the purchase flow and accessing, downloading, activating, provisioning, assigning, reserving, streaming, or otherwise using any part of the Product, You expressly request and consent to immediate performance.

6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, once such immediate performance begins, any cancellation, cooling-off, or withdrawal right that might otherwise apply shall cease to apply.

6.3. For the avoidance of doubt, where the Product includes a Second Number, the assignment, reservation, provisioning, activation, or making available of that number in Your account shall constitute commencement of performance and immediate supply of digital content and/or digital services, as applicable, irrespective of whether You thereafter place, receive, send, or view any call or message through that number.

6.4. Telicall’s system records, and where applicable the records of its payment processors, sales channels, Merchant of Record, or relevant Providers, including timestamps evidencing transmission, provisioning, assignment, reservation, activation, first access, first availability, or first use, shall constitute prima facie evidence of supply and commencement of performance, save in the case of manifest error.

7. Cancellation

7.1. Purchases of Telicall Balance remain final once credited, only to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in this Policy.

7.2. Calling/messaging plans, bundles, packages, and similar prepaid entitlements remain final once supplied, only to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in this Policy.

7.3. Second Number subscriptions may be cancelled, allowed to lapse, or not renewed in accordance with the rules of the relevant sales channel and any subscription settings made available to the User. Cancellation, non-renewal, deletion of the app, logout, device change, cessation of use, or removal of a payment method does not by itself guarantee immediate termination of a store-managed subscription, immediate deactivation of a number, or eligibility for a refund. The User remains solely responsible for managing the relevant subscription through the applicable sales channel where required.

7.4. If a Second Number subscription expires, is cancelled, is not renewed, fails to renew, is reversed, is charged back, or otherwise ceases for billing or commercial reasons, Telicall may place the relevant number into a passive, suspended, or non-active continuity status in accordance with the Terms of Service.

8. Refunds

8.1. Except where required by applicable law, mandatory platform rules, or an express written commitment made by Telicall or the applicable Merchant of Record, the following rules apply:

8.1.1. Telicall Balance is non-refundable once credited to the User’s account;

8.1.2. Calling/messaging plans, bundles, packages, and similar prepaid entitlements are non-refundable once supplied, provisioned, or activated;

8.1.3. Second Number subscriptions are non-refundable once the relevant number has been assigned, reserved, provisioned, activated, or otherwise made available in the User’s account;

8.1.4. no refund, reimbursement, or credit shall arise merely because a number becomes passive, remains reserved during a continuity period, is later removed after that period, or is not reactivated on another platform or sales channel; and

8.1.5. no refund, reimbursement, or credit shall arise merely because a particular destination, feature, route, Provider, message type, country, or functionality is unavailable, restricted, filtered, throttled, suspended, delayed, unsupported, or withdrawn, where such limitation is permitted under the Terms of Service or required for technical, legal, regulatory, anti-abuse, Provider-related, or commercial reasons.

8.2. For the avoidance of doubt, non-use, partial use, device incompatibility, unsupported territories, unsupported destinations, VoIP restrictions, carrier restrictions, firewall restrictions, app removal, account inactivity, or failure to maintain an adequate internet connection do not create any entitlement to a refund, reimbursement, or credit, except where non-waivable rights apply.

8.3. Refund requests must be submitted through the channel that processed the original transaction. Teli is not responsible for delays, refusals, workflow requirements, technical constraints, or administrative decisions imposed by Apple, Google, Merchant of Record, card issuers, payment service providers, banks, or other third-party billing channels. Nothing in this Policy obliges Telicall to issue a refund directly where the relevant payment was collected and administered by a third-party sales channel or Merchant of Record.

8.4. Apple Store: To request a refund, follow these instructions from Apple.

8.4.1. If You use a computer:

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com

Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund"

Choose the reason why You want a refund, then choose Next

Choose the app, Purchase, or other item, then choose Submit

8.4.2. If You use an iOS device:

Go to App Store App on Your mobile and click on Your Apple ID

Select Purchase History, find the transaction and tap Report a Problem

Select Report a Problem to the right of the purchase and select the reason why You are requesting a refund

8.4.3. Google Play: To request a refund, follow these instructions from Google.

Go to play.google.com.

At the top right, click Your profile icon.

Select Payments & Purchases and then Budget & order history.

Find the order You want to return.

Select Request a refund or report a problem.

Choose the option that describes Your situation.

Complete the form and note that You'd like a refund.

You'll get a message that says "Thank You for sharing Your concerns." You'll also receive an email with a refund decision.

8.5. If Your purchase was processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Zotlo, all billing, cancellation, and refund matters are administered by Zotlo. You may (a) submit a cancellation or refund request at any time via https://dashboard.zotlo.com/ by signing in with the same email address used for the purchase; (b) alternatively, contact support@zotlo.com; and (c) for general purchase, payment, cancellation, or refund inquiries please email to support@zotlo.com. Zotlo’s registered details are: Z3P LLP, 5th Floor, 86 Jermyn Street, London, SW1Y 6AW, United Kingdom. You agree that (i) Zotlo may require reasonable verification (including purchase email and transaction details) to authenticate your request; (ii) eligibility, timing, and method of any refund are determined by Zotlo’s applicable policies and the terms presented at the paywall.

8.6. Governing Terms and Precedence

This Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy constitutes an integral and inseparable part of the Terms of Service, as amended from time to time. The Terms of Service govern all purchases, payments, Telicall Balance, and use of the Services by the User. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the terms of this Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service, as amended and in force from time to time.

8.7. Changes to this Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy may be updated, amended, or modified from time to time at the sole discretion of Telicall by posting the revised version on the Platform. The most recent version shall apply as of its effective date and supersede all prior versions. Your continued use of the Platform or Services after such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
