Yes. As the caller, you must have an active Wi-Fi or mobile data connection (3G/4G/5G) to initiate a call.

No. The person you call receives your call as a regular phone call, so they do not need a smartphone or an internet connection.

This may occur when your internet signal is weak or when you are connected to restricted networks with firewalls (such as workplace, dormitory, or hotel Wi-Fi). Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If your internet connection is stable but the issue persists, please contact us at support@telicall.com

Your personal number is never shared with the other party. The number they see depends on how you place the call. When you call using your second number, the other party sees your second number (UK +44 or US +1). Otherwise, they see a Telicall number and your personal number stays hidden. In either case, the personal number on your SIM card is never shown.

This depends on the number the other party saw. If you called using your second number, they can call that number back and reach you; incoming calls to your second number are free. Otherwise, the number they saw is not associated with you, so it cannot receive return calls.
